I feel so much better when I work out early, before the kids wake up. I have gotten away from that. I love having my workout done for the day. And being able to add a second workout if I choose.

I'm a new follower, met you at Toni's blog. I will love to be your workout buddy. I like to do my workout at about 8:30 in the morning when the kids are at school. Once I check it off my list I feel much better.
